Peter Ariza was born in Mexico City and moved to La Jolla, California, with his family at a young age. For over 30 years, he has lovingly called San Diego home. A proud graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance, he blends strong business acumen with a deep passion for helping others.
His real estate journey began in 2001, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. In 2006, he launched his own brokerage, building lasting client relationships and guiding countless individuals toward their dreams with integrity and care. In 2025, he brought his expertise and personalized service to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties at its La Jolla office—one of the most respected real estate firms in the region and the brokerage that has sold more homes in La Jolla than any other.

He is also a strong supporter of his community and actively involved in local charities and organizations, including the University of San Diego’s Comité México, which raises funds to support scholarships for Mexican and Mexican-American students.
